Rob Tidy: The Theft Before Christmas ππ
IMPORTANT NOTE: The information discussed below is a personal honest opinion that has been developed as a result of both research of publicly discoverable information and conversations with people involved in the matter. Take this as an honest personal opinion and form your own opinions based on the arguments and points presented below and your own critical thinking.
It is with a sad and solemn heart that I write this article... why? Because Robert Colin Tidy has decided to block me from emailing him directly.
Why Debunk? Why would Robert do that?
Well, turns out people mustn't like being called out on their sh*t.

Key points of this article:
- Robert was aware that ZIPC the token for his Zipett platform had no future as of early December 2021
- On December 17th, 2021, Robert declared to all his minions that no more ZIPC sales are to happen
- Despite this knowledge of the Zipett project going to π© and ZIPC being worth nothing, Robert aggressively pursued a young 25 year old kid from December 16th, 2021 to December 19th, 2021
- In total, Robert successfully swindled $180K from this kid, in exchange for 600,000 worthless ZIPC tokens
- When the kid asked for a refund, Robert told him his money was lost and gone
- All of this, right before Christmas
With the greater context of the situation now known, let us explore the 'receipts' of my claims together.

Date: December 16th, 2021, 11:18am - The Chase Begins

It was a lovely day for an unsuspecting victim who believed that he had just scored himself an amazing deal.
According to Robert Tidy, this ZIPC token was the "Bitcoin Killer", a token that would do Β many things that, according to Robert:
"I would be surprised if this doesn't go up to $10+ per token within a week or so"
Robert claimed that with the ZIPC tokens, this kid would be able to buy cars, boats, real estate, in fact, anything you wanted, ZIPC would be able to get it for you.
In this kid's mind, exchanging $180,000 worth of Bitcoin, for 600,000 ZIPC, which could, according to Robert, go above $10 easily - well, safe to say, the swindle was well in effect.
This kid must have believed he was about to become a millionaire when Robert finally launched his crypto platform that had been in 10 years in the making.
As you can see in the screenshot, Robert had already swindled $50,000 out of this kid at this stage and was chasing an extra $130,000.
Also worth noting is how comfortably Robert is acting like a trustworthy saint, by sending the 600,000 worthless tokens to the kid early in "Good Faith" - it seems Robert has read all the slimey sales books and internalized their teachings.
Date: December 16th, 2021 - The Cessation Of ZIPC Notice & Unconscionable Conduct

Next up we have the notice to all Roberts minions declaring that ZIPC sales are to be ceased, effective immediately.
Now let us adults all take a moment to consider what's required to make a decision like stopping a sales channel dead in its tracks, in a business.
As you may imagine, it is not something you randomly wake up on a Friday morning and decide to do - it requires prior thought, consideration, risk/reward analysis, and planning.
You may be thinking, where are you going with this Debunk?
The implication of this decision is that it was known for greater than say, one day, that ZIPC no longer would be getting pursued and that the Zipett project was fundamentally in a bad place.
Which means, that when Robert accepted the first $50,000 from this kid and then proceeded to extract an additional $130,000 from him between the 17th of December, 2021 and the 19th of December, 2021 - he did so knowing that he would be giving this kid something that is worthless.
According to Australian Consumer Law...
A purchased item has a major problem when it:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if theyβd known about it
- has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if theyβd known about them
A purchased service has a major problem when it:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from purchasing the service if they had known about it
- has multiple minor problems that, when taken as a whole, would have stopped someone from buying it if theyβd known about them

So if this kid was aware of the fact ZIPC was not going to be used moving forward, that Rob had abandoned the project to pursue some health/wealth ponzi scam, and the reasons why Roberts old Zipett (2021) business partner decided to part ways with Robert ...
Would he have invested?
Of course, he would not have. The ACCC is quite clear about the rules when it comes to accepting funds as a business when you either a) Don't intend to deliver promised service or b) intend to provide something materially different.

In my humble opinion, among many wrongdoings, it would appear, at a minimum, that Robert is engaging in unconscionable conduct.
Australian courts have found transactions or dealings to be 'unconscionable' when they are deliberate, involve serious misconduct or involve conduct which is clearly unfair and unreasonable - according to societal norms.

Date: December 17th, 2021, 9:24am - FOMO Tactics Begin

Here we see Robert trying to use FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) tactics to pressure this kid into quickly transfer another $130,000 to Robert.
"Mate I would send as its dropping right now lol" - Robert Colin "Never Launch" Tidy, 2021
Firstly, what 53-year-old adult uses LOL so flagrantly, and secondly, let's just appreciate how much of a heartless and shameless man Robert is. (In my humble opinion)
Date: December 17th, 2021, 1:51pm - Fake Higher Authority

In this screenshot of the conversation, we can see Robert telling the kid "I just spoke to the office" acting like there are other people that he reports to in order to put more pressure on the kid.
Date: December 19th, 2021, 9:17am - Final Application Of Pressure

Here we see the final stroke of Roberts FOMO methods in the form of "Do it ASAP as need to have finished before lunch meeting tomorrow".
Why Robert? Why not dinner time or the following day? It's not like your worthless ZIPC was going anywhere.
Now I took quite a lot of offense to this highway robbery conducted by Robert Colin Tidy, on an unsuspecting kid, right before Christmas.
So I decided to contact Robert directly, detailing what he did to this kid, providing screenshots, and effectively communicating to Robert that he is the lowest low of parasitic scum and that there are now over 20 people who are pursuing him legally, criminally, and via media.
Instead of acknowledging my queries, trying to defend himself, or anything like that, he simply responded with this:

Firstly, yes I am choosing to be anon because I don't need any glory that will come from you being put in jail and victims finally receiving justice, and secondly, why are you using HEHE like a little child Robert?

Well there you have it, another $180,000 to add to the sum of money that has been swindled from unsuspecting victims.
Robert desperately wants to know my identity and to shut me down, like he did on Reddit, hence me creating this blog to help share all the things that Robert doesn't want in the public domain.
See people like Robert like to operate in the shadows. They get away with their behavior because it fails to make its way into the sunlight.
I have had reports from victims claiming Robert has screamed at them, threatened their lives (he claims to be well connected to underworld figures), publicly shamed them, sent people to their houses, and other manipulation/standover tactics.
The time is now and if y0u're reading this and have been impacted by Roberts s foul behavior, then reach out to me at: debunk_el_funk@protonmail.com
Admittedly, I have been overloaded with evidence and reports from victims and am making my way through them to post their stories here, but I will get to yours, I promise.
With love of tacos,
Debunk El Funk
